Personal sales.
ochs und junior watches are exclusively sold directly from our workshop in Lucerne. With pleasure cofounder Beat Weinmann will guide you regarding the color, size and materials for your perfect watch. For questions and to place your order, please contact Beat Weinmann directly:

To complete your order, we will need to know your address, telephone number and wrist size (printable tape measure).

Payment.
Beat Weinmann will email you a secure online payment link from our credit card processor in Switzerland, Saferpay. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Confirmation of ochs und junior AG’s compliance with the PCI Data Security Standard is available here. If you would prefer to pay via bank transfer, we will provide you with our account information. Payment is before your watch ships (terms and conditions).

Shipping.
Watches “Ready in Lucerne” will arrive in 1-2 days via FedEx International Priority shipping. Shipping costs CHF 150. To find out the delivery time for a watch not in stock, please contact Beat Weinmann.

Picking up your watch in Lucerne.
It would be our pleasure if you visited us in Lucerne! To make an appointment to pick up your watch at our workshop, please email or call Beat Weinmann.

Small changes.
ochs und junior’s in-house watchmaker Sandra Flück can make small changes very quickly, including changing hand colors, swapping a second hand for a second disk, or switching the case material (silver or titanium). Please contact Beat Weinmann for details.

Service.
ochs und junior offers a lifetime warranty on all parts designed by Ludwig Oechslin and a 2 year warranty on the entire watch. If your watch requires service, please contact Beat Weinmann directly using the contact information above. For issues covered under warranty we will provide you with our FedEx number so you can return your watch to us free of charge. Most repairs are handled in about 10 days. Why ochs und junior exclusively sells directly.
This enables you to receive direct service with no middlemen. You can communicate with us directly on the highest level of competence. ochs und junior does not advertise and does not maintain a costly distribution network. Our clients therefore only pay for the actual product  –  the watch  –  and not for over-the-top marketing activities or expensive retail locations.

Annual sales.
ochs und junior sells about 150 watches per year.
