Pictures of ochs und junior watches are like the products themselves: quirky and unusual – and always with a dash of whimsy… We hung the first anno cinquantas (that’s the one with the annual calendar) from a washing line, some prototypes were displayed using cobblers’ tools, while others were snapped in the company of a few espressos with Ludwig Oechslin. Lucerne’s best cinema, the Bourbaki, which has been freed from infernal popcorn and is now frequented by a clientele that that brings its empty Appenzeller beer bottles out for recycling after the film, is the right and proper setting for our new luna mese. Where else has it been? The two finished luna meses have gone on photo safari with Bea. The red strap is history: sadly, it acquired oily traces, courtesy of an old goods wagon. Its silver case, however, is as perfect as ever and lives on… We’ll bring you more pictures after the holidays…
