The prices shown on our website are in CHF (Swiss Francs). We are happy to offer prices in EUR (Euro) or USD (United States Dollars).
Payment
You are able to purchase your ochs und junior safely and directly with Stripe (via our homepage), with AMEX, Visa or MasterCard. If you would like to use another credit card, pay via bank transfer or divide the cost over several payments, please contact us.

Order cancellation
You can cancel your order within 48 hours for a full refund. Please confirm cancellation immediately by email to: [email protected]. Later cancellation will not be accepted.
50% upfront payments
A 50% prepayment is due when you place your order. You will pay the balance shortly before your watch is delivered.
Warranty and service
ochs und junior AG offers a 2-year warranty which covers the entire watch.
If your watch is in need of service, please contact us directly.
For warranty claims, we will provide you with our FedEx number or arrange return shipping with FedEx or DHL Express at no charge. Most repair work is completed within 30-60 days.
Worldwide shipping
For watches ready for shipment in La Chaux-de-Fonds, the delivery time with FedEx Overnight Priority Shipping or DHL Express is 1-3 business days.
For watches created with the Customizer, we will contact you with an expected delivery time.

Return Policy
We are convinced that you will love your ochs und junior, but under certain conditions we offer you the right to return series watches within 10 days. Please contact us immediately via email. All products must be returned in unused and brand-new condition in their original shipping packaging. We do not accept returns with signs of use, wear or other deviations from original condition. You are solely responsible for reclaiming any import and customs fees paid; these fees, as well as your own credit card charges, will not be refunded by ochs und junior AG. Watches may only be returned upon receipt of our “Return to Seller” authorization via email.
Orders for watches that have been personalized/customized in any way (e.g., using our Customizer) or otherwise made to your custom specifications cannot be returned to us for a refund or exchange. This also applies to engraved products without exception.

What happens if I bought my ochs und junior through the website?
You will receive a personal email from us within 24 hours. This allows you to discuss details such as the delivery date, your bracelet or any other special requests directly with us. Please let us know your wrist circumference.
How difficult is it to import an ochs und junior from Switzerland to my country?
We prepare all necessary documents for shipping and customs declaration. For detailed information, please refer to paragraph 3 of our terms and conditions.

How does an ochs and junior wear?
For Ludwig Oechslin, the functionality of the watches is paramount. The wearing comfort is extremely high due to the short, integrated lugs and the flat case back. An ochs and junior is perfectly wearable for most wrists in 36, 39, 40, and 42 mm. A variety of band lengths are available.

Can I make changes to my watch in the future?
Subsequent aesthetic changes (such as the color of the dial, the hands, etc.) can only be made to individual, one-off and first-hand pieces, not to series-produced watches. Please contact us regarding price and production time at [email protected].
